The Floating Market -Lembang

          Last Tuesday, on March 25th, 2014, I went to Lembang with my mother, my sister in law , my nephiew and my relatives. We leaved from Pekalongan at 9 p.m on monday night, and reached Bandung at 5 in the morning.  We went there by a car to give our condolences to my cousins family. His mother in law, we called her mamah died on Friday March 21st, 2014 in Lembang Bandung. But we came to my brother first who lives in Cimahi.
         After we had some talks to A' Udin's family and came to other cousin Teh Ida who lives not far from his brother we walked to a new spot of tourism in Lembang : Floating Market Lembang. It located behind A' Udin's home, about 300 meter. I have ever heard about it and saw some program promoting it on TV..

         Wouw...it's great, although it was not a holiday, there were so many domestic tourists came. It has a very good and fresh sightseeing. By paying Rp 15,000.00 for each person, we get a glass of drink. You can choose coffee, milk, green tea or orange juice on the home gate - a traditonal javanese wooden home- to come into the area of floating market, and the journey of floating market starts to walk around.
          

 

 We can see a beautiful lake which is designed beautifully with pretty park, and location for culinary where the seller of many kinds of food sells their products on small boats on the side of the lake which designed orderly to make tourists enjoying to choose what they like. But we have to change our money with special coins, and we have to pay with those coins to the sellers. There are four kinds of coins available, the orange one for Rp 100,000.00 , the pink one for Rp 50,000.00, the blue one for Rp 10,000.00 and the yellow one for Rp 5,000.00. And the price of the foods are so variations from Rp 5,000.00 to Rp 25,000.00.

       To completing our journey here, after enjoying te culinary tours, we can ride the boats, water pedicabs or water trains.

        For children, they can enjoy some parks with some pets like "Goose/Swan parks" and "Rabbit parks". They also can enjoy some challenging games like flying fox, boats etc.
